Instructions
Step 1
Pre-cook the buckwheat for 15- 20minutes. Strain well and put the pot back on the stove.
Step 2
In a blender or nutribullet, blend the Smoothie Ingredients until smooth
Step 3
Add roughly 1/2 the mix to the already cooked buckwheat and stir through.
Step 4
Top with banana, maple syrup and rest of the blended mix.
