Ingredients

For the Salmon
3salmon fillets
1 Tbspsoy sauce
1 Tbspsesame oil
1 tsphoney
worcestershire sauce
fish sauce
1 TbspSiracha
1 tspground cumin
1 Tbspolive oil
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
For the Rice
For Assembly
Instructions
For the Salmon
Step 1
Add all of the ingredients in a bowl with the salmon and coat well
Step 2
Sear on a pan until cooked through
For the Rice
Step 3
Cook rice using a rice cooker or boil in a pan according to the instructions on the box
Step 4
Once cooked poor the rice wine over, add black sesame seeds and mix
For Assembly
Step 5
Place 1 salmon fillet per portion on a plate and mash
Step 6
Add 1/3 of the rice to the bowl and mix
Step 7
Add kewpie mayo, siracha and soy sauce then mix
Step 8
Finish with a drizzle of kewpie and siracha, black sesame seeds, 1/2 an avocado and seaweed
Step 9
Now enjoy with some kimchi on the side and a cold beer
