Instructions

Step 1
1. Heat up the oil in a pan.

2. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and hing. Toast it until most mustard seeds are popped.

3. Add green chilly paste, turmeric powder and salt. Let the chilly sauté a bit.

4. Add cabbage and sauté it till they turn little bit translucent.
Step 5
5. Add gram flour and mix it all

6. Close the lid and cook at low flame for around 5 mins to make sure flour is cooked.

7. Stirr occasionally.
