Instructions

Step 1
Chop onions finely

Mash can of chickpeas
Step 3
Mix all spices, rice vinegar, miso paste, and peanut butter together.

Add peanut butter mix to chickpeas
Step 5
Add chopped cilantro to the mix
Step 6
On slice of toasted bread, layer lettuce then chickpea mix, tomatoes, then 2nd slice of bread. Cut in half and enjoy!
