1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
Instructions
Step 1
Boil eggs for 10 mins
Step 2
While eggs are boiling, cook turkey bacon
Step 3
Slice tomatoes and red onions
Step 4
Smash avocados with a fork in a bowl. Mix in salt, pepper, 1/4 tsp chili flakes and juice of 1/4 of a lemon
Step 5
Mix micro greens with remaining lemon juice and 1/2 tsp of chili flakes
Step 6
Toast bread with olive oil in a pan
Step 7
Spread avocado evenly on the 4 slices of toast
Step 8
Sprinkle red onions and grape tomatoes
Step 9
Shave or slice boiled eggs and place on top
Step 10
Top with micro greens and turkey bacon
