Instructions
Step 1
Heat Ghee or oil.
Step 2
Add cumin seeds and bay leaves, fry for 1 minute.
Step 3
Stir in onion, garlic and ginger.
Step 4
Fry for 5-7 minutes until golden.
Step 5
Add tomatoes, Curry Powder, salt, chilli and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Stir in the red kidney beans and butter.
Step 7
Bring to the boil.
Step 8
Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
Step 9
Garnish.
