Instructions
Step 1
Chop vegetables, grind ginger, garlic and lemongrass into paste
Step 2
Add oil to a pot and begin frying the leeks with half the spring onions
Step 3
After a while of frying add the garlic, ginger and lemon grass, fry for 1 min
Step 4
Add the rest of the vegetables (apart from the coriander and rest of spring onion) and fry
