Instructions

Step 1
Prepare a medium sized pan over medium high heat and coat with olive oil.

Chop carrots into ¼ inch pieces and cook until tender - about 12 minutes. Once the carrots are cooked through, fry garlic with the carrots until browned.

Step 3
Toss the carrots and garlic into your food processor or high powdered blender along with can of chickpeas, lemon juice, almond butter, tahini, olive oil, and all spices. The order does not matter.
