Step 1
Chop green onion. Pat dry the salmon and lightly salt and pepper both sides. Coat the salmon in flour and dust off any excess flour

Make sauce: In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 3 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp red chili flakes
Step 3
Turn the heat up to medium-high and drizzle in the oil in a pan. Once the pan is hot, add the salmon skin side facing down and pan fry it for 4 minutes on each side. Pour in sauce and cook for another ~3 minutes.
Step 4
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
