Ingredients

Seasoning
1 Tbspgarlic powder
1 Tbsponion powder
1 tsppaprika
1 tspground thyme
1 tspdried oregano
1 tspcayenne pepper
1 tspsea salt
¼ tspblack pepper

Instructions
Step 1

Follow video for directions. Start by mixing together all of the seasonings in a small bowl.
Step 2

Follow video for directions. In a large bowl, add one tbsp of the seasoning mixture to the crawfish tails.
Step 3

Follow video for directions. Add Crawfish tails and smoked sausage to air fryer. Air fry at 400 degrees for 7-9min or until crawfish is cooked.
Step 4

Follow video for directions. In a pan over medium heat, melt butter. Add onions, bell pepper and celery and sauté for 5min. Once sautéed, add the rest of the seasoning mixture.
Step 5

Follow video for directions. Add tomatoes and cook until they begin to brown… 2-3min.
Step 6

Follow video for directions. Add flour and whisk in until cooked. Ingredients will start to get thick.
Step 7

Follow video for directions. Add chicken stock and whisk consistently. Let cook until sauce begins to thicken up. Should be the consistency of a hearty soup.
Step 8

Follow video for directions. Begin building your tacos.
Step 9

Follow video for directions. Air fry at 350 degrees for 3-5min or until disused crispiness is met.
