Instructions
Step 1
Whisk vinegar, honey, garlic, and 3/4 teaspoon salt together in large bowl.
Step 2
Whisking constantly, drizzle in oil until combined.
Step 3
Add edamame, arugula, basil, mint, radishes, and shallot to bowl and toss to combine.
Step 4
Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and season with salt and pepper
