Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 scoop (46g) vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice or cinnamon
Directions:
- Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend
- Pour into a oil sprayed dish/oven safe mug and top with chocolate chips
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes
