Instructions

Step 1
- heat up a bit of olive oil in a large pan, add garlic and diced onion and stir until fragrant

- in the meantime, crumble hardened tortilla wraps or chips into small pieces

- beat eggs together in a separate bowl, mix in milk, salt, pepper and cumin

- add egg mix to pan and scramble until it comes together

- add crumbles, salsa sauce, shredded cheese and chili flakes and stir until incorporated
