Instructions

Step 1
Cook pasta
Step 2
Chop your onion and peppers.
Step 3
In a pan over medium low heat, sizzle onion with olive oil and garlic for a couple of minutes.

Cover with a lid and cook for 10-15 mins or until soften. Stir occasionally.
Step 5
In a blender, add cooked peppers, onion, walnuts, cheese, a drizzle of olive oil, and seasonings. Mix until creamy. Add pasta water to desired consistency.
Step 6
Combine sauce with pasta (and a tbsp of cooking water). Top with parmesan cheese.
