Instructions
Step 1
Add 1Tbsp of Avocado Oil to a pan set on medium heat.
Step 2
Add 1 pound ground turkey to pan and break up. Add 1/4 cup of sweet onion and 1 can of corn.
Step 3
To a pot boil one cup of rice
Step 4
Add one packet of taco seasoning when the neat is halfway through cooking.
Step 5
Optional: 1/2 can rotel or 1/2 cup of salsa.
Optional: 1 cup of cooked spinach or you can leave uncooked.
Step 6
To a bowl, add meat mixture, spinach, rice. Top with nonfat greek yogurt and mozzarella, one small bag of protein chips. Hot sauce optional.
