Ingredients
2 servings
5 sheetsrice paper
1 Tbsptoasted sesame oil
200gmushrooms
I used shiitake
200gtofu
optional
cabbage
small
1carrot
3scallions
ginger
small
2garlic cloves
1 Tbspsoy sauce
oil for frying
1 TbspSesame
Dipping sauce
Instructions
Step 1
In a pan sauté mushrooms and tofu in sesame oil until most of the water has evaporated and both have got some color. 2. 3.
Step 2
Add spring onions, garlic and ginger to the pan, sauté for a few minutes, then add the carrot and cabbage. Finally add a splash of soy sauce, then set aside.
Step 3
Dip ricepaper into water. Place 2-3 tbsp filling in the middle and close the sides. Place the parcel on another sheet of ricepaper and repeat (optional).
Step 4
Fry in a little bit of oil until crispy. Optionally add some sesame seeds to one or both sides.
Step 5
Dip into the sauce and enjoy!
