Step 1
Cut the onion into fine pieces and crush the garlic cloves
Step 2
Mix the meat in a bowl and add the onion, garlic, all the spices as well as the egg and the breadcrumbs. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Shape that mix into small balls or patties, depending on your preference.
Step 4
Heat up a pan with some olive oil and cook the meat on one side until it reaches your desired color, then flip it over and repeat that with the other side.
