Instructions

Step 1
Fry the onion until soft.
Step 2
Add salt, turmeric, paprika and garlic.
Step 3
Fry for a few minutes careful not to burn.
Step 4
Add rice and stir well.
Step 5
Add peas
Step 6
Add stock and simmer on med-low heat until liquid is absorbed.
Step 7
Just before all liquid is absorbed, add flaked mackerel and stir well.
Step 8
Turn off heat, cover and leave to sit for 10min
