Step 1
Sift flour & corn starch into bowl. Add sugar and mix.

Add the milk and eggs. Combine well.
Step 3
Add the melted butter and combine

Add two drops of yellow food coloring until a light yellow shade appears

Spread oil in a non-stick pan over low heat. Pour in batter and spread evenly across the pan. Let cook for 2-3 minutes until it starts bubbling and remove from pan. Let cool on a rack.
Step 6
Whip your heavy cream with sugar
Step 7
Once the pancakes are cooled, assemble them with whipped cream and chopped mango. Fold into a square.
Step 8
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours for best taste!
