I sautéed onion, red bell pepper and spinach together, seasoned it and cracked some eggs on top and done. It’s really simple and delicious and you can season it with whatever spices you want or you have.

-1 pound of spinach
-1 small onion
-1 red bell pepper
-2 tablespoons of oil
-1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon
-1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
-1/2 teaspoon of paprika or smoked paprika
