Butter ONE side of each flour tortilla.

Preheat skillet to medium-high heat.

Step 4
Place tortilla butter side DOWN onto skillet. Top with cheese and second tortilla butter side UP. Let cook for 1-2 minutes.

Flip quesadilla. Let cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.

Top with salsa and/or sour cream.
