Instructions

Step 1
Pyaaz, tamatar ar harri mirchain dhoo loo. White channay - 1 plastic glass bowl may daal k achay sy dhoo lo, agar saaf b hain tu atleast 4,5 baar panii nikal dainaa dhoo k. ******** note: if possible then white channo ko bowl may pani daal k bheego daina atleast 3,4 hours ar maximum 6 hours.
Step 2
1 pyaaz + 1 tamatar + 5,6 harri mirchain + ginger jitna har salan may daltay ho and garlic - 6, 7 poothiya sb ko mota mota kaat lo and add in the grinder with atleast half glass of water. Grind all those ingredients.
Step 3
Cooker may paste which is made in step 2 + white channay + 1.5 tbs namak +1 tbs zeera + 1 tbs lal mirchain + 1 tbs achar ghost masala + 0.5 tbs dar'ra mirch +0.5 tsp haldi + 4 plastkc glass of water. Cooker ko dhakan lga do ar seeti b ar seei b incase agr utari hoi hai.
Step 4
Turn on the flame and note time jb cooker ki seeti bajna strt ho. Set timer of 14 min.
Step 5
After 14 min, turn off stove, and wait till cokker ka keel neechay ho jy. Then oper the lid, and chk channay either fully cooked or not mean kachay tu nii agr kachay hn tu further 3-4 min chala daina cooker.
Step 6
Jb channay ho jaein then add 0.5 tbs garam masala + 0.5 tbs sookha dhania.
Step 7
Agr shoorba zyada lgay tu aanch taiz kr k ura daina ar end pe shoorbay may namak chk kr laina kam lgay tu add kr laina.
