Ingredients
4 servings
1 headRomaine lettuce
chopped
4 slicesbacon
cooked and diced
2 cupschicken
diced, or shredded, cooked
1 cupcherry tomatoes
halved, or diced Roma tomatoes
½ cupred onion
diced
4 ouncesblue cheese
crumbled
1avocado
peeled, pitted and diced
¼ cupred wine vinaigrette
Red Wine Vinaigrette
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the lettuce, bacon, chicken, tomatoes, red onion, blue cheese and avocado together in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle evenly with the vinaigrette, and toss to combine.
Step 2
Serve immediately.
For the Vinaigrette
Step 3
Whisk all ingredients together until combined.
