Instructions

Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and reserve.
Step 2
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter, then brown the cauliflower and chicken for 8 to 10 minutes. Season.
Step 3
Add the garlic and flour, stir, then pour in the chicken broth, cream and goat cheese. Simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
Step 4
Add the pesto and pasta, then cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 5
Adjust the seasoning if necessary, then serve.
