Instructions

Step 1
Mix flour with sugar, baking powder and salt.
Step 2
Add eggs or bananas and start mixing
Step 3
Add part of the soy milk and the oil and mix. Keep on adding soy milk until the right consistency is reached (very dense liquid)
Step 4
Use a piece of paper to spread a thin layer of sunflower oil on the pan. Heat with medium fire. Add the mix (3 spoonfuls make good size pancakes) and spread to a circular shape using the bottom of the spoon. Cook both sides.
Step 5
Clean the pan with the oil paper between pancakes if necessary.
Step 6
Serve with sweet toppings and enjoy!
