Prepare a bed of lettuce

Drain beans and sweetcorn,

Grate cheese,

Dice onion

Lay the beans, corn, onion and cheese in neat lines across the bed of lettuce

Add tortilla chips

Prepare guacamole, sour cream and salsa in containers (enough to pour on salad and dip chips in)

Cut some mango chunks and add :)
