Instructions

Step 1
Start rice
Step 2
Chop 1 white onion and 1ish pound ham

Sauté in olive oil
Step 4
Add 1.5lb fresh bean sprouts and a little bit of soy sauce

Add 1 bag of frozen peas
Step 6
Cook until just a little wilted, then pour into big bowl. Let cool a little bit.
Step 7
Then crack 18 eggs into mixture and mix together
Step 8
Sauté scoops into pan to cook patties. Once each party is cooked, transfer to big dish.
Step 9
Pour dollop of oyster sauce over each one and put lid on top. The steam will melt the oyster sauce into egg.
