So freaking good. I made it with Oaxacan Refried Black Beans (also from Milk Street) and I think I wanna do it like that every time. I actually served in a shallow bowl w/ the beans on one side of bowl topped w/ sour cream and Dave's creamy pepper hot sauce, then the soup kinda wrapped around it.
