Instructions

Step 1
Grate carrot
Step 2
Finely chop celery, onion and spring onion
Step 3
Make your stock and add the garlic and onion granules, chilli and paprika, 1l of water and the stock pot
Step 4
Spray the pot with fry light and sweat the veggies and white part of the green onion in the pot until tender
Step 5
Add 1l of stock and tsp of soy sauce to the pot. Add the green part of the spring onion and the mushrooms
Step 6
Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 15 minutes
Step 7
Once simmered, add the egg noodle nests and boil for a further 5 minutes
Step 8
Serve once noodles are tender
