Step 1
In a bowl, add 1 tbsp salt to 2 cups water. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and soak in the water for at least 5-10 minutes.

Step 2
Heat up the oil and prepare the sauce by mixing the garlic, spring onion, red chili and sesame seeds in a bowl.

Step 3
Once the oil is hot, pour the oil over the ingredients, add in the soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. Mix well and set aside.

Step 4
Line the air fryer with the tofu and air fry at 200°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway. Make sure to brush on or spray oil on top of the tofu.
Step 5
Drizzle the sauce over the tofu and garnish with coriander leaves.
