Step 1
Make soup by searing onion and garlic then leeks and potatoes. Add 1,5L water and broth. Cook for 20 min.
Step 2
Slice wraps from center to edge. Cover 1/4 with goat cheese, 1/4 beets, 1/4 honey seeds and apple. 1/4 stays empty. Close wrap by rolling 1/4 on each other.
Step 3
Mix soup and keep cooking with chervil for 2-3 min. Mix slightly again. Salt and pepper.
