Instructions
Step 1
Layer in order in a 10” deep-dish pie plate or quiche plate
Step 2
1 Can Vegetarian refried beans, spread in the bottom of the pie plate
Step 3
Mix together 1 C. sour cream, 1/2 C mayonnaise, and 1 pkg taco seasoning, spread over bean layer
Step 4
Guacamole spread as the next layer
Step 5
Generous layer of Salsa
Step 6
Grate 4 oz each of Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Scatter evenly
Step 7
Chopped tomatoes
Step 8
Chopped scallions, scatter over the tomatoes
Guacamole
Step 9
Mash all guacamole ingredients together

Refrigerate until serving
