Instructions
Step 1
Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, and a little water into a bowl. Taste and fix as necessary.
Step 2
Heat up some oil, fry pan garlic until fragrant and almost turn to brown
Step 3
Put in the watered sauces. Mix.

Put in white part of bok choy, stir fry for about 5 minutes until the stems is a little wilted
Step 5
Put in green part of bok choy. Stir fry until wilted.
