Ingredients

1 ½ cupsbutter
softened
¾ cupsugar
1 ½ cupsbrown sugar
2eggs
1 Tbspvanilla
3 ¾ cupflour
divided
2 tspbaking soda
1 tspbaking powder
1 tspsalt
1 pkggraham crackers
crushed
½ cupcocoa powder
½ cupmilk chocolate chips
½ cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
7 ozmarshmallow creme

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 1
In bowl of stand mixer, cream together the butter & sugars until combined.
Step 2
Add eggs & vanilla; mix thoroughly. Add the 3 1/2 cups of flour, baking soda, baking powder, & salt; mix until just combined.
Step 3
Remove half of the dough; place in a separate bowl.
Step 4
Add graham cracker crumbs to stand mixer bowl; mix until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Step 5
Remove the graham cracker cookie dough from stand mixer & place in a bowl.
Step 6
Place other remaining cookie dough into stand mixer; add in the remaining 1/4C flour & cocoa powder, mixing until well-combined.
Step 7
Gather chocolate cookie dough; separate into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball; flatten it with palm of hand & arrange on a cookie sheet (6 cookies per sheet). Repeat with remaining chocolate cookie dough.
Step 8
Gather the graham cracker cookie dough; separate into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball; similarly, flatten it with palm of hand before pressing it gently on top of a cho cookie dough. Repeat with remaining dough.
Step 9
Bake (12-15 min.)
Step 10
Cool cookies (10-15 min.) before spooning & spreading marshmallow creme over center of each cookie.
Step 11
Top with extra graham cracker crumbs, if desired. Serve warm.
