Instructions
Step 1
In a medium saucepan over medium high heat, add in the grated carrots, water and salt. Bring to a boil.
Step 2
Once the water comes to a boil, turn the heat down to medium and stir in the oats, spices, vanilla and crushed pineapple.
Step 3
Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in the splenda and milk, continue to cook until the desired consistency of the oats is reached.
Step 4
Suggested Serving May be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator and reheated. Serve with additional milk, applesauce, craisins and pepitas.
