Ingredients

The Tandoori Chicken
6chicken thighs
8 clovesgarlic
ginger
2red chilli’s
2 tspcumin
2 tspgaram masala
2 tspsmoked paprika
2 tspgarlic granules
1 tsponion granules
1 tspground coriander
1 tspturmeric
1 tspcayenne pepper
1 tspsalt
2 Tbsphoney
2 Tbspyoghurt
2 Tbspwhite wine vinegar
1 tsppowdered red food colour
To Assemble
Instructions
Step 1
Crush the garlic, grate the ginger, and dice the chilli.
Step 2
Mix the Chicken thoroughly with all the marinade ingredients and leave in the fridge overnight.
Step 3
Cook in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 200C. I like to hang them up in my tall oven above an onion to get even heat coverage on the meat.
Step 4
Lay half the fillings on each wrap and fold and roll, seal in a medium pan, and enjoy!
