Gather all of the ingredients

Take your 2qt saucepan and let that heat up for 30 seconds. Next, add 1/2 cup of water, a pinch of salt, 2 tsp of butter and then pour in 3/4 cups worth of Couscous in the pan. Begin to stir everything together and cover it for 10 minutes. Once it begins to simmer, remove from heat, stir and let it cool down

Now bring out the 1qt saucepan and fill it with 1 cup of water. Place the egg inside and cover it. Set the stove up to medium heat for 8 minutes. The moment the water begins to boil harshly, remove cover and let the egg cool down

Take two handfuls of Spinach and place it into your boil. Wash the Spinach in warm water for 20 seconds. Once washed, massage spinach with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and season with salt. Cut a slice of the lemon and then squeeze it over the spinach.

Next, begin chopping up your; onion, tomato, carrots, cucumber, red pepper, green pepper, and yellow pepper onto your cutting board

Now take 2 scoops of Couscous with your spatula and add it inside your spinach boil. As well as your peppers, tomato, carrots, cucumbers, onions, chickpeas, cranberry and feta cheese. Peel the hard boiled egg and cut in half and add into the bowl. Then cut another slice of lemon and squeeze it over the salad

Top the salad off with Newman's Own Classic Oil & Vinegar and toss everything all together
