Step 1
1. Grab a bowl and add the tuna

2. Slice the red onions thin, chop/mince the celery, slice the green olives and sun dried tomatoes (they make this salad super special and delicious)

3. Chop the cilantro (and herb would be great)

4. Mix everything together

5. Add olive oil and lemon juice
Step 6
6. Add salt and pepper to taste. Don’t add to much salt cause the olives may already be quite salty
Step 7
7. Toast some bread, slice up an avocado and spread it on the toast, add your salad, and top with sprouts and more pepper
Step 8
Slice and enjoy!
