Instructions
Step 1
Trim chicken of excess fat and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the vegetables into even bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
Cook ramen packets and set drained noodles off to side.
Step 3
Combine all vegetables (minus garlic and ginger) in a bowl.
Step 4
In a wok on medium to high heat, add 1 Tbsp of oil (user discretion). Cook chicken thoroughly. Remove chicken and set in a bowl off to the side.
Step 5
Add 1 Tbsp of butter and 1 Tbsp of Oil to wok. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Mixing frequently.
Step 6
Add chicken back into pan. Add the garlic and ginger stirring frequently. Cook for 1 minute.
Step 7
Combine 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 soy sauce, 2 Tbsp honey, and 1 Tbsp cornstarch in a small sauce bowl stirring well.
Step 8
Add sauce to wok stirring for 2 to 3 minutes. Seasoning as desired. Serve.
