I have come up with this recipe after quite a few trial and errors but fell in love with this particular flavor bomb. Do try it & let me know if you like it too :))

Instructions

Step 1
Dry Spice mix:1 star anise, 5 dry red chillies, 1 tsp whole cumin, 5 cloves, 1tsp peppercorn, 1 tsp mustard seeds (Grind in the mixie)Add a pinch of salt, turmeric & kashmiri chilly powder
Step 2
Wet Spcie mix:1 Tbsp ginger - garlic paste, tamarind pulp with 1 cup of water, 1 cap vinegar. (Add both dry & wet spice mix into the pork and refrigerate preferably for 1 hour/ overnight)
Step 3
Into your saucepan, add in mustard seeds, 1 cinnamon, 2 chopped big onions
Step 4
Add a pinch of turmeric powder once it is golden brown
Step 5
Add the marinated pork and let it cook for 20-30 mins. Allow the water to reduce. Keep adding water so the pork cooks well
