Instructions
Step 1
Cop tofu into bite sized pieces, then mix together a marinate (50g of the stir fry sauce, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic) and add tofu. Let stun in fridge at least an hour.
Step 2
Heat wok with a little bit of oil. Add tofu and toast on all sides.
Step 3
Set cooked tofu aside. Add veggies to wok and cook for 3 mins.
Step 4
Add noddles and cook for another minutes, then add todo back in. Plate up and enjoy.
