Instructions
Step 1
Fry garlic and shallots in wok, add chicken and cook.
Step 2
Add bean sprouts and eggs (scramble in wok and mix all).
Step 3
While this is happening, soak rice noodles in hot water until soft (not mushy) (according to packet).
Step 4
Mix tamarind, sugar, fish sauce and chili and add to the wok.
Step 5
Add preserved turnip.
Step 6
Add more water if noodles are uncooked.
Step 7
Serve with peanuts and lime.
