Potato quinoa patties

Instructions

Step 1
Cook the potatoes and quinoa
Step 2
Combine the potatoes and quinoa in a bowl, mash and mix

Add the onion, chile, cilantro, ginger, cumin seeds, cayenne, coriander, Indian black salt and oil to the quinoa and potato mixture.

Add the breadcrumbs as needed to shape the mixture into patties

Make the patties by hand or with a cookie cutter
Step 6
When pan-frying: Heat the oil on a skillet on medium heat and cook the patties for 6-8 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

When baking:

Preheat over to 250 degrees Celcius. Lightly cover the patties in oil. Bake for 15 minutes.
