Instructions
Step 1
Chop onion and set aside. Chop carrot, garlic and chilli; set aside together. Set pot of water to boil for pasta.
Step 2
Lubricate large pan with oil. Cook onion until soft then add mince (can season here with salt and pepper) and cook until browned.
Step 3
Add pasta to water around now if boiling
Step 4
Add carrot, garlic, chilli and tomato paste. Stir until combined.
Step 5
Add beans, beef stock, diced tomatoes, gravy powder and spices. Stir well and bring to simmer.
Step 6
Simmer down meat mixture to satisfaction. You can add another cup of beef stock and simmer for longer if you are feeling patient (can probably alternatively just simmer down with a half covering lid)
Step 7
Strain pasta and serve topped with meat mixture and mozzarella and enjoy!
