Instructions
Step 1
Brown meat, onions and 1 can of beef broth in a large pot, (about 20 minutes).
Step 2
Add 1 more can of beef broth and 1 can of beer and simmer for about 1 hour over medium-low heat.
Step 3
Combine all dry ingredients together in a bowl stir and add to the beef mixture along with both cans of tomato sauce.
Step 4
Add the remaining can of beer and simmer for about 1 more hour until the chili is the right consistency.
