Instructions

Step 1
Cut salmon into 2 inch cubes. Add seasonings and mix well to coat the salmon evenly. Air fry at 350 degrees for 3-4 minutes on each side. (Adjust temp if needed, depending on how hot your air fryer is) Be careful to not over cook your salmon as it will dry out. Make the sauce by adding kewpie mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce and sriracha in a bowl. Mix well and then drizzle this over the cooked salmon. Garnish with chopped green onions.
