2green onions
3cloves garlic
½ cupgreek yogurt
¼ cupmayonnaise
1 Tbsplime juice
½ tspsalt

Meat
1 lbsirloin steak
cut into small strips
1 tspsmoked paprika
½ tspsalt
½ tspcumin
½ tsporegano
½ tspblack pepper

Instructions
Step 1
In a large blender, add green sauce ingredients
Step 2
Marinate slices of sirloin steak in olive oil, paprika, cumin, oregano, black pepper, and salt
Step 3
Medium-high heat, add a little olive oil and butter and sear steak pieces on all sides until golden brown for 5-6 minutes
Step 4
Transfer the steak to a bowl and keep most of the juices in the pan. Add red onions and deglaze with beef broth and cook for 3-4 minutes. Then add garlic and sautee for 1 minute
Step 5
Add dark soy sauce, red pepper paste, vinegar, and tomatoes. Sautee for 3-4 minutes
Step 6
Add the steak with cilantro and french fries for a quick mix
Step 7
Eat with rice
