Step 1
In one of those deep pans you can make Hamburger Helper in, brown 1lb of ground beef.

Mix your onion soup mix and your sliced mushrooms into your ground beef

Add your beef bouillon, cover with egg noodles and add 1 1/2 cups water.

Bring to a boil, cover and let simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the noodles are cooked. Stirring occasionally.

Mix in your sour cream.

If it looks too dry, you can add a water/flour mix in the ratio of 1 tbsp of flour for every cup of water. The original recipe says to add 2 cups of water/flour, I didn't usually need to add more than 1/2 a cup.
