Instructions

Step 1
In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until tender.

Stir in tomatoes.
Step 3
Add red pepper, herbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Step 4
Increase heat and boil sauce 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Meanwhile, cook ziti al dente.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 350
Step 7
Stir spinach, mozzarella slices, and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese into hot pasta.
Step 8
Add tomato sauce and toss well .
Step 9
Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish and top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Step 10
Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
