Instructions
Step 1
Cook Pasta in Salted Water and safe a 3/4 cup of water
Step 2
Fry Garlic and chilli in olive oil. low to medium heat, don't burn garlic. cok until garlic is see through.
Then add pasta water
Step 3
once it has simmered and reduced. add a spoon of butter.
Step 4
When it is a goo, add the pasta to it.
Step 5
Add chopped parsly and top with parmesan
